1. Booking & Payment

Your place at the workshop is secured once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be eligible for credit at our discretion but are not guaranteed a refund.

• Cancellations on the day of the event or failure to attend (no-shows) are non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else. Please notify us in advance of any changes.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit to use toward a future event.

4. Workshop Content & Materials

All workshop content, materials, and designs are the intellectual property of [Your Name/Business Name] and are intended for personal use only. Reproduction or resale of the content is not permitted without prior written consent.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during the workshop. If you have allergies, medical conditions, or access needs, please inform us at the time of booking.

6. Photography & Promotion

We may take photos or short videos during the workshop to use for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know on arrival.
